What Solutions Are Available?
Network Solutions Group offers a tiered approach for data protection allowing you the flexibility to select a service that can fit your requirements now and in the future. Three tiers of data protection are available as follows:
Tier One – Online Backup
- Tier One delivers a simple online backup solution that replicates your firms’ important data to two offsite data center facilities.
- Requires monthly offsite data storage fees.
- Recommended for data backup sets under 200 gigabytes.
Tier Two – Online Backup and Server Recovery
- Tier Two provides a solution that is more advanced with faster time to recovery for an entire server failure.
- Includes all components in the Tier One solution as well as a local copy of backup data for faster recovery in the event of simple data deletion or corruption.
- Includes complete server backup and a complete “bare metal” recovery in the event of server failure including all applications, settings, and data.
- Provides the fastest possible recovery as each server can be recovered and run from the appliance while waiting for replacement hardware to arrive. Requires an appliance hardware purchase in addition to monthly offsite data storage fees.
Tier Three – Online Backup and Offsite Server Recovery
- Tier Three offers the most advanced solution, including the ability to completely run your firm from any computer connected to the Internet.
- Includes everything in Tier Two as well as complete server replication of all firm servers to the offsite facility.
- In the event of complete server or business destruction your staff can work with 100% functionality from any location connected to the Internet.
- Requires consulting validation fees, monthly per server hosting fees, appliance hardware purchase, and monthly offsite data storage fees.
